Wake up Scrub that firms and softens

I don't know about you but I need at least a few cups of coffee every morning to get moving, so that means lots of excess coffee grinds! Instead of tossing them use them to wake up and firm your skin!

Coffee’s contains caffeine which enhances fat metabolism and firms the appearance of the skin, firmer skin? Sign me up!


1/4 cup fine coffee grinds (use grinds that have been used in coffee pot)

1/2 – 1 cup coconut oil

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract


Into a medium bowl put strained coffee grinds -- they don’t need to be dry— Add melted coconut oil and lastly vanilla. Stir with a spoon and put aside to set for 1 day. As it set’s, mix it several times. You can leave at room temperature to set.

How to use:

Use in the shower to scrub all over your body paying close attention to rough skin on the elbows and feet. Also, apply to areas that are prone to develop cellulite and need a little extra firming, like the belly, thighs and bum. Use within 3 months.
